Ingredients: Milk, milk enzymes, rennet, salt. Made with whole pasteurized milk from farms that belong to the Asiago Cheese Producers Association. The milk is traditionally processed under careful supervision. The cooking and cut methods and other aspects of the process are considered traditional secret which lead the Asiago pressato PDO of the San Rocco dairy to win an important national award.
