Sopressa is the traditional cured meat made in the province of Vicenza, it's obtained with the best pork adding just salt, pepper and natural flavourings. It ages for 6 months in a special basement where it produces the typical (and harmless) mold, essential for its flavour. Sopressa is tender and delicate. Allergen free, gluten free and without dairy products.
