| Grape harvest 2012 Red wine, obtained by the grapes of our vineyards of Cabernet Sauvignon. The vines, which are grown flat, produce max. 90/100 quintals per hectar, to have a perfect maturation. The microclimate of the karsic Valley of Canale del Pirro, with its high temperature range even during the hottest times of the year, gives a high smell concentration to the grapes. The hand collected grapes are picked and trod by soft pressure, fermented by low temperature so to mantain the bouquet and softly pressed. The refinement is in oak barrels. Alcoholic content 13°. |
