We used only fresh pomace from Corvina, Molinara, Rondinella, pressed after their drying, to obtain this fine, young grappa, with a soft and round flavor, with aromas reminiscent of jam and ripe fruit. Notes of cherry and forest fruit, soft and round flavor.
