| White wine, obtained by the grapes of our vineyards in Fiano of Itria Valley. The vines, which are grown flat, produce max. 90/100 quintals per hectar, to have a perfect maturation. The microclimate of the karsic Valley of Canale del Pirro, with its high temperature range even during the hottest times of the year, gives a high smell concentration to the grapes. The hand collected grapes are picked and trod by soft pressure; the must ferments by low temperature so to mantain the bouquet. Alcoholic content 12°. |
