Giulietta cured meats are made with porks breed for more than a year in small family run livestock, directly controlled by Cosaro Company, where animals are fed in the helthiest and safest way. The processing method follows natural techniques, adding just salt, pepper and saltpetre without using any chemical or colorant. For this reason they preserve for a long time respecting the traditional flavors.
